Q: Do you have a delivery service?
A: No, as of right now we are online only.


Q: What are the payment options?
A: We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Diner’s Club, Google pay, JCB, Shopify pay and Venmo. We do not accept checks or cash.
 
Q: When are you open?
A: We are open all year, 7 days a week. We respond to all emails within 24 hours.
 
Q: What if a part is missing in the package?
A: First, please check to make sure you have received all of the packages for the item. Some articles are sold in several boxes. You will find the number of packages required on the product label. If you are missing a package, email us at bellaveronadecor@gmail.com or simply visit the Returns and Refunds page from our website.
 
Q: Why do you not have a certain item in stock at this moment?
A: All items ordered are subject to in-stock availability. If an order cannot be filled in a reasonable timeframe, you will be contacted immediately. We are not liable for delays due to availability and we will strive to fulfill orders in a timely fashion, if we cannot you will be contacted immediately.
 
Bella Verona Decor occasionally changes prices according to seasonality and availability of products.
